A big reason some people experience damage from hair extensions is often a result of:

- applying extensions to hair that cannot withstand the weight of the addition

There are many reasons that damage can occur from hair extensions!

However, with our extensive background and training in wearing and applying hair extensions, Kristin creates a customized plan, and makes specific recommendations with a method that will work best for your natural hair and your hair goals.

We source ALL hair through our reputable companies that source their hair directly to ensure quality of hair through the wear time, longevity of wear, and ability for the stylist to guarantee your results with proper home care.

CAN I BRING EXTENSIONS TO YOU TO INSTALL FOR ME?

All of our extension applications are guaranteed and we include all materials, such as hair, in the hair extension services we offer. Services are only able to be guaranteed when materials are sourced directly by your stylist.

We partner with trusted suppliers to maintain high standards for our extension services. To ensure the best results for your services, we only use professionally sourced materials. This ensures Kristin can confidently assure the longevity and quality of your extensions.

YOUR NATURAL LENGTH:

For applications to achieve additional length or volume, we recommend that your natural hair is at least 4” in length all over. This length is adequate in providing coverage for the attachments.

OVERALL HAIR CONDITION

Hair must be healthy enough to withstand the additional weight of extensions! In some instances, we may recommend a trial period of wear before committing to a full application.

Our primary source for customizing the curl pattern of hair extensions is Great Lengths!

Great Lengths, and most hair extensions naturally have a body wave curl pattern which blends well with a majority of hair textures.

For curl patterns that are more refined, we are able to have the texture of the strands customized and retexturized to best match your natural curl pattern.

Generally, we’re able to book new consultations to book within 1-2 weeks of submitting your digital consultation form.

IS THERE A RESERVATION FEE TO SCHEDULE AN EXTENSION CONSULTATION?

Yes! We require a $100 service retainer at the time of scheduling your consultation session. This consultation retainer applies as a credit towards your first set of extensions with Kristin.

CAN I BOOK A CONSULTATION OVER THE PHONE?

All of our Extension Consultation Appointments are booked directly through our booking platform!

We book 100% of our visits digitally and are not able to schedule a consultation without submitting our new guest form.

After our in person consultation, we generally can schedule a new set of extensions within 2-3 weeks

If you’re going to invest in extensions, you’d want to make sure that your investment is well-executed, RIGHT?!

You need extra attention to detail for extensions instead of just showing up and getting sub-par results for your hair with a method that isn’t compatible with your hair

Our consultation process is thorough, with detail and keeps the best interest of both you and your hair in mind.

• If you’re planning to wear extensions, the detail is SO important! This helps to protect your natural hair, your expectations, and the overall end result for your hair.

ABOUT OUR CONSULTATION PROCESS:

• we always want to make sure that we are compatible with your needs, desires, and overall long term goals for your hair

CAN MY CONSULTATION RETAINER BE TRANSFERRED IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE?
Yes! We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to change or transfer any appointments scheduled.

In the instance of a no-show visit, or appointments that are canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, will forfeit the reservation and retainer.

I'M TRAVELING FROM OUT OF STATE, HOW DO I SCHEDULE A CONSULTATION?
We will always require a consultation prior to the service! For guests that are flying in from out of state, we often start with a virtual discovery call to start your experience with us.

If this is something you are interested in doing, please include these details in your New Guest Form so we are able to plan for your visit!

For guests that are traveling, we recommend having 3 days planned for your service.

Day 1: we will schedule your consultation
Day 2: will be reserved for Prep Day
Day 3: application day!
