STANDARD SERVICE POLICIES

As a specialist, we offer two types of appointments:

standard and specialty.

standard appointments are salon maintenance appointments that do not involve hair extensions. specialty appointments are all related hair extension appointments.

  • We understand that sometimes plans need to change. Guests are able to make and change appointments via through our booking platform and confirmation emails. For standard appointments, 48 hours notice is required of guests when making appointment changes of any kind such as cancellations or rescheduling.

    Appointments receive a confirmation message 72 hours in advance, allowing ample time for any necessary changes to your visit. Frequent rescheduling may impact your ability to book in advance. Changes made to appointments with less than 48 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the scheduled service(s). Changes made to appointments with less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of the scheduled service(s). Guests who repeatedly make appointment changes within 48 hours may be asked to prepay in full for future services at the time of booking.

  • Life happens, and we understand! You have a 5-minute grace period for lateness, so no need to worry if you're running a few minutes behind. If you're going to be more than 15 minutes late, please reach out to Kristin directly via text.

    Any guest that runs late will have their appointment adapted to fit the remaining time available without adjustment to the pricing of booked services.

  • We primarily use email for important messages, so please keep an eye on your inbox. For extended communication, we ask to use email to comply with messaging privacy laws.

    TEXTING AND COMPLIANCE:
    We offer texting for quick scheduling and appointment notes. While we may reach out to you via text, we do not use text marketing. Extended communication, defined as anything more than brief texts, should be done via email.

  • Your health and the health of our salon stylists and guests are important to us. If you're feeling unwell, please reschedule your visit. There is no penalty for rescheduling due to illness. Reach out to Kristin directly, and we'll be happy to find a new time for your visit once you're feeling better.

  • We welcome all guests with a scheduled appointment. We love your kiddos and pets, but for many reasons they cannot attend your appointment with you.

  • It is with confidence that I can guarantee satisfaction on all services we provide! If you feel your color or haircut missed the mark, or feels like it isn't aligned with our consultation and plan, I am more than happy to make adjustments to your look.

    We welcome all feedback and the opportunity to retain your business.

    We ask that you contact Kristin directly within 7 days of the initial service so that we can schedule time to make adjustments. Due to the nature of color and cutting services, there are no refunds for services.

  • Changing your look can take time to get used to! I strongly suggest feeling 100% confident prior to committing to significant changes to your color and haircut. In the instance that you changed your mind after your session, or decide that you don't like the look agreed upon during your consultation, any adjustments will be booked as a new or additional session and priced accordingly.

  • Booking deposits for standard appointments may be transferred to an alternative appointment date only for appointments outside of our rescheduling limitations.

    Appointments changed within 48h of your scheduled visit result in loss of deposit. Your booking deposit may not be transferred otherwise more than once and is at the discretion of your stylist. Payment is due in full at the time of service.

    We may require full or partial prepayment for select services and situations that serve as a guest’s demonstration of their commitment to an appointment, this is also called a deposit or retainer. All deposits are non-refundable.

  • We are usually booked 2-3 weeks in advance and would anticipate this wait time for full day appointments, such as extensions, to fall within this scope of time.

    For hair color and other salon services, our appointment availability, you can generally see availability within 2 weeks of your requested dates.

    If you find that you need to come in sooner than your scheduled visit, you are able to request availability from Kristin directly to notify you of any last-minute openings.
