  • The preparation and time reserved for all extension services ensures that we are able to provide the full, uninterrupted experience for you during your transformation.

    We require a minimum notice of 7 days to change multi service appointments without penalty. Should your scheduling needs change, providing as much notice as possible is expected. Appointments changed within 7 days may face up to a 25% rescheduling penalty.

    Specialty appointments can require upwards of ten hours of appointment time.

    Due to the time required for these specialty services, we advise that you plan accordingly in order to avoid rescheduling all hair extension appointments. Please note that rescheduling your extension treatment(s) may result in significant delay in availability to accommodate your scheduling needs.

    RESCHEDULING EXTENSION SERVICES

    Should you need to reschedule an appointment, please reach out to Kristin directly via text or email. We request a minimum of 7 day’s notice to reschedule any extension appointments without penalty.

  • SERVICE TIMING FOR EXTENSIONS

    The extension service may require additional time to complete than estimated, and due to the tedious nature of the service, is not able to be rushed. We request that you disclose any known time constraints or outside commitments prior to your extension service appointment.

  • Life happens, and we understand! You have a 5-minute grace period for lateness, so no need to worry if you're running a few minutes behind. If you're going to be more than 15 minutes late, please reach out to Kristin directly via text.

    Any guest that runs late will have their appointment adapted to fit the remaining time available without adjustment to the pricing of booked services.

  • We primarily use email for important messages, so please keep an eye on your inbox. For extended communication, we ask to use email to comply with messaging privacy laws.

    TEXTING AND COMPLIANCE:
    We offer texting for quick scheduling and appointment notes. While we may reach out to you via text, we do not use text marketing. Extended communication, defined as anything more than brief texts, should be done via email.

  • YOUR SERVICE RETAINER

    We require a 50% service retainer to schedule any hair extension appointments. The remainder of your service balance is due at the time of service.

    Each application is completely customized to the individual, and all materials required for the service do not have the ability to be refunded. There will be no refunds in full or in partial for any lengthening or thickening hair extension treatment.

    Appointments changed without notice may result in loss of deposit. Payment is due in full at the time of service.

    We require full or partial prepayment for our specialty services, that serves as a guest’s demonstration of their commitment to an appointment, this is also called a deposit or retainer. All deposits are non-refundable.

  • Your health and the health of our salon stylists and guests are important to us. If you're feeling unwell, please reschedule your visit. There is no penalty for rescheduling due to illness, however we expect to receive ample notice from our guests that are unwell.

    Reach out to Kristin directly, and we'll be happy to find a new time for your visit once you're feeling better.

  • We love your kiddos and pets, but for many reasons they cannot attend your appointment with you.

    OUTSIDE PARTIES & YOUR SERVICE

    Due to the length and tedious nature of extension application, we take all precaution to avoid outside distractions through the duration of service.

    Please attend your appointment solo. Any visitation request for outside parties to be or remain present during your service must be made in advance.

  • COMMITTING TO YOUR LOOK

    During the extension wear time, it is imperative to understand that there is a level of commitment to the finished look that is created. Adjustments or additions made after the final look is produced are considered an additional service and is not included in your initial investment.

    The level of commitment to the overall look decided upon by you and your stylist. You understand that your overall color can only be made on an adjustment basis, and the extension hair color can NOT be drastically altered.

    MAKING CHANGES TO YOUR LOOK

    I strongly suggest feeling 100% confident prior to committing to significant changes to your hair. In the instance that you changed your mind after, or decide that you don't like the look agreed upon during your consultation, any adjustments will be booked as a new or additional sessions and priced accordingly.

  • SERVICE INCLUSIONS

    Your extension service includes the preparation of your natural hair, the full extension application, the blending haircut, your follow up visit, and the home care tools provided for you at your the time of your application.

    In addition to your service application, your service includes a follow-up service to adjust your final haircut after the finished look is produced at your initial application.

    Your follow up visit is complementary, and any adjustments to your finished look are able to be made at the follow-up visit.

    Should you have any questions or concerns following your application, even if it is before your follow-up appointment, we are always happy to help.

  • We are usually booked 2-3 weeks in advance and would anticipate this wait time for full day appointments, such as extensions, to fall within this scope of time.

    For hair color and other salon services, our appointment availability, you can generally see availability within 2 weeks of your requested dates.

    If you find that you need to come in sooner than your scheduled visit, you are able to request availability from Kristin directly to notify you of any last-minute openings.
